BUYERS

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions you will make, so it pays to make an informed decision. A Realtor is key to guiding you through this process step by step and finding you the right home. Here are some things to consider:

  • Are you financially ready?

  • Have you been pre-approved by your bank?

  • How much will it really cost?

  • Do you have a professional Realtor working with you?

  • After you have calculated the maximum home price you can afford, you will need to calculate the up-front costs and expenses associated with buying a home to make sure you are financially prepared.

  • What should you buy?

A few tips: Work with a me ....a professional Realtor 2-3 months in advance of any house hunting trip.

I will advise you on the mortgage pre-approval process prior to visiting any homes. This way you will know what you can afford. The Buyer Agency Agreement will be explained in full detail and then we start to locate homes with your criteria and within your budget.

As your Realtor I will inform you on the full process of purchasing a home and guide you every step of the way.

Once we are on our way to visiting homes here is a handy checklist you may wish to bring along!
